KNITTING & WEAVING Division

We are well equipped with advanced and high speed circular knitting machine and flat knit machine. In our circular knitting machine we are able to do both grey and yarn dyed to meet the requirements of our valued customers.

For woven fabrics our supply chain is equipped with sophisticated Auto Looms for making plain, dobby and jacquard weaves.

The Knitting Unit has imported sophisticated high- speed circular knitting machines, which can knit a full range from jersey to several advanced designs. An imported flat knitting machine produces quality knitted collar material.

   

CUTTING Division

We work with the high-precision German-made ASSYST BULMER automatic cutting machines, and also use the WASTEMA, band knife fabric cutting machine. The cutting machines are supported by the IMA fabric spreader.

We use CAD/CAM software called ORBITO, which is used for precise pattern making. These advance technologies enable us to handle high volume of fabric cutting with precise consistency.

   

Dyeing Division

Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of knitted cloth. Eco- Friendly Dyes and GOTS approved chemicals are used. A balloon – padding machine is used to extract water.

To make the process quicker, a relax drier is also available. Macbeth system is used for color matching. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment.

   

Printing Division

This division takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer's specifications. Standard dyes are used in printing. Eco friendly dyes OEKO – Tex 100 and GOTS certified are also used.

Curing and fusing are done for ensuring better fixation on the garment and to remove the unwanted odor on the garment.

Prints - Pigment, reactive high density, flock, puff, and transfer prints.

Use of eco- friendly colors and chemicals which are free form phthalates, lead, PVC etc.

   

Embroidery Division

We have automatic high speed Japanese Barudan Embroidery machines capable of making any kind of color embroidery appliqué and badges.

   

STITCHING Division

Our highly trained/skilled tailors ensure that you get the best in garmenting. We have one of the best-computerized stitching machines.

We successfully handle production that involves various different operations ranging from – single needle to complex fancy stitches.

   

FINISHING Division

We ensure that all the garments follow consistency in measurements, and as leading garment manufacturers have the expertise to meet your precise deliverables.

These machines help trim excess threads, remove stains (if any), and steam iron.

   

QUALITY CONTROL Division

We ensure that all the garments are monitored for quality at every stage. Our quality team is well versed with the AQL 1.5 level of inspection. Our quality process includes fabric checking, initial, middle, online and final inspections. We also have a complete lab set-up, where we test for GSM, shrinkage, spiraled, color fastness of the fabric, prints, embroideries and trims.

Our infrastructure and management is organized through an ERP system, which helps us with production management and control.
